Material is sourced from manufacturers who carry out analytical testing on the product they supply. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request for the products we stock.
Analytical methods
Testing typically covers:
- HPLC — chromatographic purity, separating the target sequence from synthesis-related impurities.
- Mass spectrometry — molecular identity, comparing observed molecular weight against the theoretical weight for the sequence.
Documentation is produced by the manufacturer of the material rather than by an independent laboratory commissioned by us. Researchers who require independent confirmation should arrange their own analysis.
Requesting documentation
Email support@vitallabspeptides.com with the product name and your order number, and we will forward the Certificate of Analysis we hold for that product.
Handling and storage
- Store lyophilized material at −20°C for long-term storage, or 2–8°C for short-term storage, protected from light and moisture.
- Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation on the lyophilized cake.
- Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Storage conditions specific to each product are listed on its product page.
Incorrect or damaged orders
If an order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will review it case by case. All sales are otherwise final — see our Refund & Return Policy.
