Oxytocin
Oxytocin is an endogenous nonapeptide hormone produced in the hypothalamus. It is studied as a reference agonist at the oxytocin receptor (OXTR) in neuroendocrine signalling, social behaviour, and smooth muscle research models.
Supplied lyophilized in a sealed, tamper-evident vial. Store at -20°C, desiccated and protected from light. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening.
